Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Техзад, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. The controller is Пономаренко Марина Васильевна, registered as self-employed in the Russian Federation, tax number 390610230963. You can reach us at info@techzad.ru.
1. What we collect
- Account: your name, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see it), and the role you chose.
- Profile: anything you add yourself — headline, description, rate, portfolio, links.
- What you write: project descriptions, your conversation with the assistant, proposals, messages, reviews.
- Payments: the amount, the date and the status. Card and wallet details go to the payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Technical: IP address, browser, pages visited, and where you came from. We use this to see which channels bring people and to spot abuse.
2. Why we may do this
- To perform our contract with you: running your account, showing your jobs to freelancers, delivering a paid plan.
- Our legitimate interests: keeping the Platform safe, preventing fraud and spam, understanding how it is used.
- Legal obligation: keeping records of payments where the law requires it.
- Your consent: emails about events on the Platform. You can turn them off in your settings at any time.
3. Who else sees it
Other users see what you publish yourself: your profile, your portfolio, your jobs and your messages to them. Your email address is not shown to other users.
We also use these services, and only for what they do:
- hosting and databases — to run the Platform;
- an email provider — to deliver the emails you receive;
- an AI provider — to write your brief from your description. Your text is sent for that purpose and is not used to train models;
- a payment provider — to take payment for a plan.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
4. Where it is stored
Our servers are located outside the Russian Federation. If you are in the European Economic Area, your data may therefore be processed in a country that has not been recognised as providing an equivalent level of protection. We rely on standard contractual clauses with our providers and keep the amount of data we transfer to what is needed.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data — while your account exists.
- Payment records — as long as accounting rules require, usually several years.
- Visit statistics — in detail for 90 days, then only as aggregate numbers with no personal data.
When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data. Messages you sent to other users may remain in their conversations, and reviews stay in place without your name attached.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also withdraw consent for emails at any time without affecting what was done before.
Write to info@techzad.ru. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you think we have handled your data wrongly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in. They are always set — without them signing in is impossible.
Analytics cookies store a random visitor number and the campaign you arrived from, so we can count visits and see which sources bring people. These are set only after you agree, and we ask on your first visit. Choose «Necessary only» and the visit is not counted at all. We do not use advertising cookies.
To change your mind, clear this site’s cookies in your browser — we will ask again on your next visit.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as hashes, sessions can be revoked, and the connection is encrypted. No system is perfect: if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
9. Children
The Platform is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
