Common questions
Does the subscription renew itself?
No. Nothing is charged without you knowing — we don't store your card. Three days before it ends you get a reminder and decide yourself whether to renew.
What happens when it runs out?
Your profile, portfolio, reviews and messages all stay. The only thing that stops is sending proposals beyond the free allowance.
Do you take a cut of the deal?
No. We earn from subscriptions only — the client and the freelancer settle payment between themselves.
Can I get a refund?
Access counts as delivered the moment it's activated, so a paid period isn't refundable. The exception is when access wasn't provided through our fault. More detail in the terms of service.
I'm a student, this is expensive for me
That's what the student plan is for. On top of that, three proposals a month are free for everyone — enough to land a first job and pay for the subscription.
