Terms of Service

Version of 30 июля 2026 г.

These Terms govern your use of Техзад (the «Platform»), operated by Пономаренко Марина Васильевна, registered as self-employed in the Russian Federation, tax number 390610230963 (the «Operator»). By creating an account you accept these Terms in full.

1. What the Platform is

The Platform lets Clients describe a project, have an AI assistant turn that description into a written brief, publish it, and receive proposals from Freelancers. Freelancers keep a profile and a portfolio and apply to published jobs.

The Operator is not a party to any agreement between a Client and a Freelancer. We provide the tools for you to find each other and communicate. You agree the scope, the price and the payment terms directly between yourselves, and you pay each other directly. We do not hold your money, do not act as an escrow agent and take no commission from your deals.

2. Who may use it

3. Paid plans

Using the Platform is free for Clients. Freelancers may send a limited number of proposals each month at no cost; sending more requires a paid plan. Prices for international accounts are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and include no commission on your work.

A plan is bought for a fixed period and does not renew automatically. We do not store your payment details and cannot charge you without you starting the payment yourself. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

A paid plan is digital content that starts working the moment you pay for it. By buying a plan you expressly ask us to give you access immediately and you acknowledge that, in doing so, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to purchases made online in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other countries with similar rules.

For that reason a paid period is not refundable. If something is not working, write to info@techzad.ru — we would rather fix the access you paid for than leave you without it.

You can see what a plan gives you before you buy it, and three proposals a month are free, so you can try the Platform without paying at all.

5. How you must behave

We may restrict or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will normally warn you first.

6. The brief the assistant writes

The assistant produces a draft based on what you tell it. Budget and timeline figures are estimates to help you start a conversation — they are not a quote, and the Operator does not guarantee that any Freelancer will do the work for that price or in that time. Check the brief before you rely on it.

7. What we do not promise

A paid plan buys access to the Platform's features — nothing more. We do not promise that anyone will reply to your job, that you will win work, that you will earn back what you paid, or that any particular number of jobs will be published in a given period. Marketplaces depend on who happens to be looking, and that is outside our control.

We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may run maintenance that makes the Platform briefly unavailable.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you publish, for what you agree with other users, and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations wherever you live. If a third party brings a claim against us because of your content or your conduct, you will cover what that costs us.

9. Liability

The Platform is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for the quality, legality or timeliness of work performed by Freelancers, nor for payments made between users outside the Platform.

Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Your data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is stored on servers outside the Russian Federation.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the new version.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, where the Operator is registered. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Please write to us first — most things are settled in a couple of emails. We will reply within 30 days.

13. If part of these Terms does not hold

If any clause turns out to be unenforceable in your country, it is treated as removed and the rest of these Terms continue to apply. Our not enforcing something once does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Platform.
